All team coaching engagements start with building a solid foundation.  We partner with teams to develop a common understanding of how well they are currently working together & build a foundation of psychological safety, trust and commitment & alignment to a common purpose. 

We then partner with teams over a specified time period to coach them through business transformations or helping them to shift mindset and behaviors to improve their alignment, accountability, resilience and impact in service of the organization and its stakeholders.

Depending on the circumstance, we can also deliver custom facilitated workshops to support the team in reaching an agreed outcome.  Examples of workshops we have run include:

We will also use this time to gather background on your challenges so that we can develop a custom proposal for you based on your needs, budget and time frame.



While most 360 tools are only deployed on a 1:1 basis, this tool is also highly effective for a group of leaders.  It explores not only how individual leaders can improve their leadership practice & business results, when run for all individuals in a leadership team, it can uncover opportunities for the group as a whole to create more impact.

The Leadership Circle Profile is a proven model that creates results.   Most 360° profiles focus on either management style and personality, skills / competencies, or underlying behavioral tendencies. The Leadership Circle Profile combines all of these areas into one assessment that measures leadership effectiveness & helps leaders understand the underlying assumptions that drive their behavior.

The Collective Leadership Assessment delivers a powerful “litmus” test of your leadership culture.
