WHO WE ARE

Meet our Founder & Principal Coach
It’s not every day you meet a stranger that you feel you’ve known for most of your life. Well, it’s not every day that you meet Alicia Graham. Alicia is the principal coach and founder of The Human-Centered Leadership Company.
Alicia has an infectious and friendly personality. She is open and authentic, making it easy to build rapport and connect with her at a deep level. She believes in people, and their capability to grow and thrive, no matter the circumstances.
She is educated in International Business, Positive Psychology, Executive Coaching and NeuroLinguistic Programming and is accredited as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). As well as being an experienced coach, she has worked at senior levels in large multinational companies, most recently heading up Global Customer Marketing for a Fortune 150 company. She is a senior level expert in business, change management and leadership with practice in complex, matrix & global environments. She has lived and worked across multiple continents and loves working with people from all cultural backgrounds.
Coaching was a natural strength and passion turned into a career for Alicia. She is passionate about people; especially about helping them uncover the intersection of what they love to do & what they are good at and then encouraging them to bring that magical combination to life in the work they do. When that happens, they and the businesses they work for, thrive.
Alicia loves seeing people reach their goals and will go the extra mile for you to ensure you reach success. She offers the perfect blend of insight, honesty and compassion to allow you to accept what's holding you back and take positive action.

When she isn't working with clients, Alicia can be found hanging out with her husband and their 2 dogs, planning her next travel adventure, listening to an audio book, or enjoying a great meal.
The Extended Team
We have an extensive network of experienced coaches that we call upon to support large scale projects. We are also happy to recommend outstanding executive coaches should Alicia not be the right fit for you.
Alicia would love to meet you!

“Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself. It is precisely that simple, and it is also that difficult.”
